1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Under Swedish law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. This applies to most products, with certain exceptions (see Section 2).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

Include your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return.

Return of Goods:

The product must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. It should be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Refund Process:

Once I receive and inspect the returned product, I will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.​​​

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal​

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications.

• Digital content delivered electronically, if you have expressly agreed to waive your withdrawal right at the time of purchase.​

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Swedish consumer protection laws (Konsumentköplagen).

Reporting a Problem:

Please contact me within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, ideally within three months. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Return Costs:

If the product is defective or incorrect, I will cover the return shipping costs.

All crystal bowls are carefully handmade, and production and shipping typically take 2–4 weeks. Thank you for your patience as your beautiful bowls are created with love and care.
